You'll begin your custom process here with an initial down payment that secures a spot in my queue.
This is a non-refundable initial cost that covers the base price for one design and the work that goes into creating your custom piece according to your specifications. Typically it takes me about 1.5 to 4 hours to draft something, so this cost covers that initial time and effort.
Once you've placed an order here, you will be emailed within 24 hours a google form where you can:
Explain your design concept in full
Upload any photos of what you're looking for as a reference
Choose material, style, color, and shipping options.
I am currently only offering designs in black & white vinyl.
It is through this email that I will break down the remaining process & shipping cost as well as a general window of time to expect your custom piece.
You do NOT have to pay the remaining cost until after an image proof is emailed to you, and once that is done you are free to make any alterations/suggestions/needed changes at no extra cost. This is your piece and I WANT you to love it. This is my guarantee that I will work hard to make sure that happens.
After you approve of the design, you will receive an invoice with direct payment information for the remaining balance, and once that is processed your order will be shipped out to you within the next two-three days.
Typically tote & tshirt designs take up to two weeks to design, but depending on the status of my queue that could be longer. I will always try to be as communicative as possible with you about the status of your order, and will always keep in mind any important dates or deadlines you may need this order by.
